If the people are not recognizable, as in you see the backs of their heads, no release is necessary.
Otherwise, a standard photo release will do

Does anyone have a preferably-already-vetted-by-some-UF-lawyer form for
getting permission to post photos of people on the web? I'm not talking
about things like the faculty page where the individual provides a portrait
shot. I'm talking about lab or classroom pictures etc. that include
students. Is this required if the individuals are not identified?
