Who: Invited participants include representatives of the following organizations: Florida Farm Bureau, Fla. Dept of Agric. & Consumer Services, Univ. of Fla. IFAS Extension, Southeast Milk Producers, the Florida Resource Conservation and Development Councils, Fla. Solar Energy Center, Fla. Renewable Energy Association, Enterprise Florida, Office of Tourism, Trade & Economic Development, Fla. REDI, Regional Planning Councils, USDA, industry representatives and others.
Purpose: Improve stakeholders' knowledge of each others programs, roles, incentives and available assistance offered to promote and facilitate renewable energy and value added agriculture project success in Florida. Robyn Jensen, member of USDA's national Renewable Energy Outreach Team will present some models that have proven successful in several other states.

Directions: From I-75, take the Williston Rd. exit towards Gainesville. Turn right at the first light onto 34th Street and proceed south. The Farm Bureau Building is on the right. It's hard to miss but call our office or the Farm Bureau at 352-378-1321 if you have difficulty finding the Farm Bureau Building.
