UF CES Travel Grants for Graduate Students
The UF Center for European Studies is soliciting proposals for graduate
student travel grants. Multiple grants up of to $1000 each are awarded to
assist UF graduate students with travel to Europe to pursue intensive
language study, dissertation research, or to present work at a scholarly
conference or workshop. These grants are open to all graduate students at UF
regardless of discipline as long as the subject of the research or talk is
related to contemporary Europe, i.e. it is not sufficient that the trip
takes place in Europe, it must be about contemporary Europe, broadly
defined. These grants do not support conference participation limited to
chairing a session and/or being a discussant. For a complete announcement of
the competition, visit the CES website at www.ces.ufl.edu or contact the CES
Asst. Director, Dr. Petia Kostadinova at [log in to unmask]
