I always like to ask candidates "what one thing annoys you the most in the
work place?". Because no one expects this type of question, you tend to
get honest, (not pre-planned) responses. The bottom line for hiring
managers is often how well a candidate will fit in to the work
environment, and this question can initiate that sort of dialog.
