I am Director and Program Manager of the Institute of Florida Studies (IFS) in Plant City, FL.  The Institute is affiliated with the Hillsborough Community College.  IFS is hosting the 35th Annual Conference on Ecosystems Restoration and Creation on 6-8 November 2008 at HCC, Plant City.  The conference is co-hosted by Thomas L. Crisman on  behalf of the Patel Center for Global Solutions at USF.  The theme of this year's conference is Assessment of Wetlands Mitigation and Mitigation Banks.  We are currently seeking abstracts for Paper or Poster presentations.  The extended deadline for abstract submission  11 August 2008.  Could you assist us by spreading the word at UF to encourage submission of abstracts among your graduate students and faculty.  Attached please find a PDF version of the "Call for Papers".
