It was brought to our attention today that the TPUTIL proc still
defaults to the real 3480 drives. Not any more. The proc has been
changed so that VTS devices will be allocated by default. This will
remove the need to specify the STORCLS1 and STORCLS2 parameters.

For example, if your were coding:

    //STEP1    EXEC TPUTIL,STORCLS1=TAPEV
    MAP VOL=mytape

to map a VTS tape, the ",STORCLS1=TAPEV" is now optional. There is no
need to change existing jobs.

This does not affect the need to code VOL1 in order to avoid hung jobs
when using the JCL RETAIN keyword. So, if you have:

    //STEP1    EXEC TPUTIL,VOL1=mytape
    MAP VOL=mytape

do not remove the VOL1 keyword.
