Dear BESTers,

Speaking in Jakarta, Indonesia Prince Charles announced the 
Prince's Rainforest Project, that would allow the rainforest 
countries to generate funds to halt deforestation and provide 
eco-services, such as carbon sequestration. He proposed to 
generate funds by billing developed nations that were responsible 
for the destruction of "the world's greatest public utility".
