TO:	Students who plan to graduate Spring 2009 - check GIMS for correct information now

If you plan to graduate in Spring 2009, it is YOUR responsibility to verify your degree program and related information BEFORE the midpoint of the semester, March 5, 2009.  

This information is located in the Graduate Information Management System (GIMS).

If there is incorrect or missing data about your degree program or supervisory committee AFTER March 5, 2009, you will be deleted from the degree list for Spring 2009. You will need to register and apply for your degree in another semester.

If there are changes, you must contact your academic program staff person IMMEDIATELY.  

Graduate School staff DO NOT make changes; only the academic unit makes changes.
