Karl.. I did some minor cleanups on the presentation at:

You may not even notice any changes... there are a few things left
- Flash cannot display lists within lists, so the text for "Labe;
Information Concerning ..." must be modified to show a single list. Do you
want me to do that?
- images copied and pasted from PPT are too low resolution (the images you
use for major sections), looks kind of bad.. don't know if you can do
anything about that given the available source material.
- Paragraph turns into "lean more" button in "Nonpoint Source Polution",
I'll fix that
Overall this looks like a powerpoint presentation! Something needs to be
done to make it more educational (like inserting questions at various
places)....
