The College of Saint Rose is a dynamic, comprehensive college of more
than 5,000 students. Located in Albany, NY, the College is an
independent, coeducational institution.
We are seeking a highly motivated, insightful leader who will help
students realize their full academic potential. Reporting directly to
the Vice President for Student Affairs, you will lead the development
and implementation of campus wide academic initiatives that directly
target improved student academic success, retention and ultimately
graduation.
The three critical elements of this position are:
* Ensure the college's compliance in determining eligibility
for and designing accommodations for students with disabilities,
* Management of our mutli-disciplined academic support center,
which delivers tutoring and other services in writing, science, math,
etc. to the entire student population
* Leading the design and implementation of programs that are
aimed at retention of undergraduate students.
