     Top policy makers in the United Kingdom are seriously
considering the possibility of expanding domestic use of anaerobic
digestion. Despite the benefits of reduced waste streams and lower
overall greenhouse gas emissions, top ministers worry about
commericalization of the processes due to technical concerns over
