        I always enjoy seeing unique uses of food waste.  This 
article discusses a new process that can convert coffee grounds 
into fiber for clothing.  It claims the process avoids many of the 
problems associated with typical fiber production.  While there 
may be limited applicability of this on the large scale, these 
innovations show that many different sectors are beginning to tap 
into society's food waste as a resource.
