Of interest to political and social scientists is a workshop planned for the 40th European Consortium of Political Research sessions scheduled for March 22-27 2010 at the University of Munster in Germany.
This is the most prestigious event in the political science calendar in Europe and out of thirty workshops the first time an explicitly SNA topic was chosen. There will be no more than 30 paper givers. Needless to say that the selection process for papers is going to be very competitive. Complete papers have to be circulated three weeks before the actual event and each paper giver gets roughly an hour to defend their assumptions and analysis.
Extended abstract submissions of no more than three pages before the 1st of December. Delegates from one of the member academic institutions (about 250 around the globe) do not pay any participation fees.
