There still are open slots for participation in the fifth hands-on
SIENA workshop in Groningen, The Netherlands.
SIENA (Simulation Investigation for Empirical Network Analysis) is a
software package for the statistical analysis of network dynamics on
longitudinal, complete network data. Next to the assessment of network
formation and maintenance (selection processes), also the assessment of
social influence processes (n the co-evolution of individual variables
with a network) is a classical task for SIENA analyses.
The workshop is designed for researchers who are working with the
program, as well as for those who have data available and wish to start
working with SIENA. The software focus will be on the new
implementation of SIENA in the R-environment for statistical
programming: http://stat.gamma.rug.nl/siena_r.htm
