Target audience: US citizens, completed BA or equivalent
The Fulbright Program offers fellowships to US students for study, research, and/or teaching assistantships abroad.
Fulbright US Student Program
Synopsis: A US Student Fulbright Grant allows for individually designed study/research projects or an English Teaching Assistantship, provides support for study/research/teaching in a single country, facilitates cultural exchange through direct interaction on an individual basis in the classroom, field, home, and in daily tasks and promotes mutual understanding through engagement in the community.
Participants will:
-- become familiar with opportunities for international research and teaching English through the US Fulbright Program
-- understand the components of a Fulbright Grant proposal
-- identify campus resources and receive information on how to prepare a competitive application
