Similarly, Java (and thus libraries such as JUNG (http://jung.sf.net))
are available on Mac/Unix/Windows.
Your original question was a little ambiguous--it wasn't clear whether
you wanted an existing tool that you could just run, or a library for
developing your own tool (or at least for doing your own calculations
programmatically). To stem the tide of helpful responses, you may
want to be more specific. :)
