I think it is better to clarify some issues about the conference location.

All the XXX Sunbelt sessions, workshops, the keynote speech and the 
banquet will be held at the conference center in Riva del Garda. Its

Accordingly, there is no single conference hotel, but a range of 
hotels available to participants. They are accessed through the 
"Hotel reservations" link on the conference main webpage. On the 
webpage of each hotel, a link "Location/map" shows the distance 
between that particular hotel and the conference center.
