Hey BESTers,

     A local UF affiliated organization called Neutral Gator has 
an online proposal to get money for weatherization based rebates 
to install insulation in Village at Forest Green (VFG) low income 
apartments in East Gainesville. The online proposal is part of an 
initiative fund created by a web based company called  Brighter 
Planet. If Neutral Gator receives the most votes, it will win a 
$5,000 reward that will be used for installing R 19 roofing 
insulation in VFG. To vote you need to have an account, which can 
be created by clicking "Sign In" and entering a username and 
password. Each person is given 3 votes a month and you are allowed 
to vote for the same project 3 times. Feel free to support a local 
effort to lower the utility bills of needy residents, while 
simultaneously decreasing our local carbon footprint. The link to
