I've recently started to use the Unipark EFS Survey platform
(http://www.unipark.info ). It's an "all-inclusive" commercial option
(you use their servers), but they have a fair licensing policy for
Not used for ego-networks data collection yet, but you can use
variable elements in formulating questions and possible answer. Hence
I think it will work for ego-networks survey.
