Adnams Bio Energy Limited and British Gas have teamed up to build
the facility which will turn waste into gas for the National grid
and for vehicle fuel. They use Adnams brewery waste and local food
waste as a feedstock to generate biomethane for their company
vehicles and the other 60% to be sold on the national grid. The UK
is definately moving forward with their efforts to lower GHG and
capture energy from wastes.
