 This article centers around "the Global Superior Energy
Performance Partnership (PDF), created to speed efficiency
improvements in commercial buildings and industrial facilities,
which was launched at the first Clean Energy Ministerial hosted by
U.S. Energy Secretary Steven Chu". This partnership is made up of
most of the countries directly responsible for our massive global
energy consumption. Its goals center around proper energy
improvements and emphasis on green BMPs and energy efficient
technologies. This program will be piloted by well known companies
such as Wal-Mart and Target.
