I hope everyone had an enjoyable (and food-waste-free) 
Thanksgiving.  This article and accompanying video is about an 
Indian inventor who has developed and recently patented a 
small-scale food waste digester.  These digesters are already in 
place at 22,000 domestic kitchen and 250 institutions, providing 
both source of cooking fuel and organic fertilizer.  Can you 
imagine the potential in developed countries where food waste is 
much more prevalent?  This kind of grassroots upstart truly show 
that biogas is power for the people.
