Attention BESTers,
Are you an undergraduate at the University of Florida? Are you
interested in bioenergy or sustainable technology? Does a hands-on,
in-depth educational experience appeal to you? If so, then we have a
internship opportunity for you. The BioEnergy and Sustainable
Technology Laboratory, located in the Energy Research and Education
Park, is once again offering its Bioenergy Summer School program. This
is a 20 hour per week paid internship program that lasts through summer
A and B. Over the course of the internship, you'll work on group
projects, develop individual research projects under the guidance of
graduate students, go on field trips, and attend conferences. See
attached link for more information on past summer schools. Examples of
project topics include anaerobic digestion/biogas, food waste, algae
for biofuels, and sustainable energy crops. For application
information please contact Ryan Graunke at [log in to unmask] or by
phone at 772-349-5645.
