RE: IMPORTANT UPDATES FOR THE UF GRADUATE STUDENT GRANTS AND FELLOWSHIPS CONFERENCE
The 2011 UF Graduate Student Grants and Fellowships Conference is rapidly approaching. Please forgive the length of this email, but want to accommodate the needs of students. We are extremely excited to showcase some of the most stellar grant-writing faculty, fellowship-winning students, and representatives from the major funding agencies. The event will be held on Friday, May 13, 2011 in Health Professions, Nursing and Pharmacy building with registration beginning at 7:15 a.m.
To register, please go online to http://gradschool.ufl.edu/gafcon and follow the registration instructions. For your convenience the instructions are listed below:
Registration for this conference is free. To register:
1. Go to GIMS (Graduate Information Management System) by clicking on this link: https://gradschool.ufl.edu/GIMS/gatorlink/PreSiteEntry.asp.
2. Log on to GIMS with your Gatorlink username and password.
3. Scroll to the bottom of your student record screen.
4. Click the button next to "Graduate School Grants and Fellowship Conference Registration."
5. Follow the prompts on the webpage that appears: they will guide you through the registration process.

All of the following parking lots have been converted to "Any Decal" lots: All Red, Red One, and Green. If you have a registered decal please find the respective lots for parking.

Campus Routes: 122, 117 (Commuter Lot Bus)
