Yes, it has.
The simplest way to get the picture is to draw it and use the
"Save as" option in the File menu in the GUI.
If you need to change different settings of the picture (size,
fonts, ...) see help(postscript). The scheme is again simple
COMMANDS to draw the picture
In relation to LaTeX I am usually using PDF files and pdfLaTeX
since it supports both types of graphics - PDF for vector graphics,
PNG for bitmaps (screen) and JPG for photos; in standard LaTeX
you have to convert everything into EPS.
Unfortunately, for unknown reasons, most publishers still require
