RE:    Upcoming Deadline for UF Graduate Student Council Travel Grants


The UF Graduate Student Council's (GSC) travel grants application is now available for:

-- Domestic travel starting December 15, 2012 through January 14, 2013.
-- International travel starting February 1, 2013 through March 31, 2013.

The application deadline for this round is October 31, 2012.

*Please* remember the following when applying for travel grants:

(1) A representative of your department must attend all GSC general body meetings the dates of which are published online here:

    http://ahc-students-graduate-student-council.sites.medinfo.ufl.edu/

(2) Purchases made on a department PCard *cannot* be reimbursed by a GSC travel grant.

(3) Funding is not guaranteed, and awards are made on a competitive basis.
