RE:     Tomorrow: UF International Student Workshop, 12 Noon


A UF International Student Workshop, "Academic Expectations for International Students," will take place tomorrow (Thursday, January 19, 2012) from 12 noon to 1:30 p.m. in the UF International Center Conference Room at The Hub on the UF campus.

Come and join us to gain information and address issues that are important to you!
 
Do you know that writing a paper without PROPER citations is a form of plagiarism and it may result in an expulsion from your program? 

What are the expectations from the faculty inside and outside of the classroom/lab? 

Where to find resources to deal with concerns beyond academics? 
 
Come join us to learn about regulations and expectations as well as ways to deal with these issues from UF College of Engineering faculty and counselors from the UF Counseling and Wellness Center.
 
Complimentary sandwiches will be served to the first 25 attendees; first come, first served. Food is provided by the UF Graduate and Family Housing and limited to the first 25 participants attending the event.
 
This workshop is organized by the UF International Center, UF Graduate and Family Housing & UF Counseling and Wellness Center.
