RE: GRE Score Posting on the E-Referral Excel Download


Due to an issue that was brought to our attention concerning the posting of converted GRE scores to the Excel Download we have discontinued that practice and are now posting just the exact official score that we have on file to the spreadsheet.

There were no errors in the conversion of the scores, so thankfully that is not an issue, but in certain scenarios we were posting the converted score to the spreadsheet in both the new score and the old score column. Though obvious by the totals that the test was taken using the new score format we removed the display to avoid confusing users by displaying the total twice.

For those negatively affected by the spreadsheet change, I sincerely apologize as all of us realize that this is not the optimal time of the year to make system changes. We plan on re-visiting this issue at the end of the cycle as it is going to require us to change some of our test score posting rules and that is not something that we want to do at this critical time of the year.
