Heidi,
Another one to add is WC Online at http://www.26llc.com/ Along with Accutrack and TutorTrac, they have supported the profession by exhibiting their wares at NCLCA.
A couple of thoughts:
-are there other entities at your institution that might also use the software? At GPC, in addition to our learning and tutoring centers, we have some specialized programs such as our Sign Language Lab, Leadership Academy, and TRIO programs that also use it, which spreads the cost.
-talk with Accutrack, TutoTrac, and other vendors about lower cost options, e.g., AccuLite, or different cost models, .e.g., an annual subscription, especially given the small size of your program.
-also if another entity at your institution is using one of the other products of one of these vendors (e.g., AdvisorTrac--which was our case at GPC), you could get a discount
Remember--everything is negotiable!

Subject: Scheduling Software
Friends,
I am doing some research for a learning center that I am helping to develop on a small campus (we have a very small undergraduate population and a slightly larger graduate population at the moment). Besides Accutrack or TutorTrac (which may be cost prohibitive) are there any other on-line scheduling software that you use that is also economical? Feel free to respond off-line.
Thanks much,
Heidi
