Two leading companies in the production of high quality algae and 
bioethanol have signed an agreement for a "dual-use" algae production 
plant in Brazil. Not only will this plant be used to produce algae 
biomass and bioethanol, but also algae lipids that can create biodiesel. 
SEE Algae Technology, the company that produces high quality algae, will 
design the algae plant and provide the other company, Grupo JB, with 
their algae cultivation technology. In return, Grupo JB will market SEE 
Algae Technology's algae production technology in Brazil through a joint 
venture called "Algas Do Brasil." SEE Algae Technology is based in 
Austria and has highest production yield and lowest operating cost of 
any currently available commercial process.
