Dear BESTer's

A golf club in Boca has begun composting to offset their fertilizer 
costs. They feed their composter both food waste from the club's four 
restaurants and tree trimmings from the course. The Broken Sound golf 
course has been previously awarded for recycling 92 percent of its 
waste. Broken Sound's program is a great model for sustainable business.
