Dear Colleagues --
In response to a number of requests for code to perform multislice
community detection on network data that varies over time and/or types
of connections, my colleagues and I have cleaned up and posted our
"GenLouvain" MATLAB codes.
This code is essentially similar to (but more efficient and user
friendly than) that used in our multislice community detection paper.
"Community structure in time-dependent, multiscale, and multiplex
networks", P. J. Mucha, T. Richardson, K. Macon, M. A. Porter and J.-P.
Onnela, Science 328, 876-878 (2010).
If you have suggestions for other examples to include on the web page
for the code, I would be happy to provide such additional documentation.
