RE: International Students: Enroll Now For Spring B 2013 Scholarly Writing
The Spring B 2013 session of Scholarly Writing begins Monday, March 11th.
Scholarly Writing (formerly EAP 5845 and EAP 5846) is designed to help international graduate students improve their academic writing skills. The course offers the opportunity to develop the ability to write an academic paper as well as to improve sentence level vocabulary, grammar, and use of cohesive devices and other features of good quality academic literacy. Individual help with writing assignments students are currently working on, including theses, dissertations, journal articles, and curricula vitae, is also available.

The Spring B Scholarly Writing course is offered as a non-credit class lasting six weeks. This class is not eligible for a tuition waiver and is not offered as a distance education class. The cost of a six-week section is $350.
The Spring B class will start March 11 and end April 19. The last day to join the class is Friday, March 15. There is a cap on the class, so registration may close before this date. The course is scheduled for 4th Period Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in 302 Pugh Hall.
