Point of clarification, this would only apply to full tunnels (i.e. 
[log in to unmask], or [log in to unmask]).  It wouldn't apply to 
campus only tunnels ([log in to unmask] or 
[log in to unmask]) since campus only tunnels only haul 
traffic that needs to go to campus.  Thus switching to /campus is an 
appropriate mitigation for this new policy.
