"Does Citation Reflect Social Structure? Longitudinal Evidence from the
'Globenet' Interdisciplinary Reserach Group" (with Howard D. White and
Nancy Nazer).Scholars use and cite each other's work. Is it because of who
they know or what they know? Here, social networks meet citation networks
as we study the interplay between relationships and citations within an
international and interdisciplinary research group.
