I am working on a problem in SNA.
that is very similar to your work.
I used mathematical programming
concept for modelling this problem.
My paper is under review bit it
should be noted to the best of my
knowledge there is not any packages
for modellinh such a problem and you
should use some simulation based
software such as anylogic or etc.
I was wondering if you let me know
your feedback from socneters.
