Gainesville and UF community? Sign up to be on the 4th Annual
Community Health Summit Committee!
We need lots of help planning the event this year, and it is a great
way to get involved both in HOSA and in the health community.

The Community Health Summit is a one day event taking place on February
19, 2015 that serves to present a healthcare issue in our community and
provide insight on how community leaders such as health professionals
and healthcare providers are addressing it. This is a huge event that
results in high attendance every year.

It is a great opportunity to be directly involved in health education
and promotion in your community.
