As Tom Valente responded, the normalised version of the centrality measure will help
with your issue of comparing nodes in different networks to each other.
I expect you will also want to compared the centralisation of the various networks as well
since a node with some specific value of normalised centrality has a very different
influence in a highly centralised versus relatively decentralised network. If you are
interested in centralisation measures, I recommend the Gini index as being the best for
