I recently posted to arXiv a tutorial on using the "amen" package in R
for the analysis of network data. The tutorial is at
The methodology in the "amen" package combines the social relations
covariance model with low-rank latent factor models. The software
accommodates a diversity of data types, including binary, continuous,
ranked and ordinal outcomes, missing and censored data, and
I imagine the tutorial will evolve with the software package, so any
comments are most welcome.
