I can offer a research study that my colleague, Karen Winnard, and I conducted a few years ago. I need to write up the results. The plight in our filed is that most of us are practitioners and not researchers. There's not a lot of research, which is why we did the study. The presentation I am attaching is primarily descriptive statistics/data. Still, it gives you some good national information. For instance, it shows that a centralized model is a best practice/current trend in field. Feel free to contact me off list with questions. Pwerpoints aren't the greatest without the backdrop of the talk.

Hi All,
I am so thankful for all who answered my question from yesterday. :-)
I am very interested in what Debbie asked below as well.
Thank you all!

I'm looking to compile a sort of checklist of the advantages and disadvantages of each model. We've been researching different models for a while, and the majority of the literature is dated-1980s and 1990s for the most part.
