Hi Elizabeth,
The document was actually created by Southern West Virginia Community & Technical College. I didn't check the math since I teach English :-) maybe the following is the correct version https://www.sdbor.edu/services/academics/aac/documents/11-2011AAC_6.L_Accuplacer_Update.pdf
ACT and SAT have concordance tables. You can compare all information by grade level. I know that cut scores should be normed against the local student population.

Renee, I was quite interested in the concordance you sent, but wonder if there is not a mix-up in what you sent. It says Elementary Algebra in the Accuplacer will be included, but the concordance actually contains Arithmetic twice. I do not know whether it is an error in labeling (what I suspect) or an error in content, but I thought you would want to know about it and clarify the information. With my good wishes.

Subject: Subject: Accuplacer scores
Hello:
Now that COMPASS is being phased out, we are using Accuplacer for our placement testing. We are a small, private college offering courses of study primarily in health care.
I was wondering if anyone could share their cut off scores used to place students into math, English, etc?
Thanks for any feedback.
