We invite you to submit abstracts to the session entitled 'Large Networks' at EUSN, the 2nd European conference on social network analysis.
Very large networks may come from digital databases such as online interactions, phone calls records, co-authorship, large affiliation networks, sensor-based co-presence, etc. Their study needs dedicated methods which change the way network analysis is done.
Mainly after 2000, works coming from computer science, physics and applied maths have brought many (sometimes genuinely) new insights on well known sociological questions, and also brought into focus the development of new methods and algorithms to handle very large networks.
This session welcomes presentations of new methods as well as field work on large networks
You will find at the following url all details for submitting an abstract to the conference (submission deadline is Feb 16)
Christophe Prieur and Lionel Tabourier,
chairs of the Large Networks session.
