You might consider ergm or hergm. ERGMs allow for modeling node attribute
based mixing patterns and explicit configuration patterns (like triadic
effects) that lead to clustering based on observables. HERGMs add to this
the ability to model latent clustering -- so called "second-generation"
models that combine observed and latent feature modeling.
