First,  get connected to the Alamo gang.  I think there's somebody on
the list who probably has contact information for the group.

Second, in December, the SACI hosts the San Antonio Breast Cancer
Symposium which a BUNCH of advocates attended last year. It is a great
time to learn about the issues facing BrCa researchers and advocates.
It's also a good time to meet other advocates if she decides she wants
to get into the advocate business.  The Alamo crew has scholarships for
advocates to attend the SABCS if she can't swing the registration fee.
