Niagara University is a private four-year institution with approximately 2,300 undergraduates. We test all incoming freshmen in reading (using the Nelson-Denny Reading Test), writing (a writing sample), and math (an in-house math test). The Nelson-Denny scores are used to place students into our developmental reading classes.
