Job Title:      LCA Records Supervisor

Here it is... your opportunity to enjoy the fast-paced diverse environment
that only the technology industry can offer?  Microsoft's Legal and
Corporate Affairs division (LCA) is seeking a Records professional who has
the proven records management and managerial skills to lead one of our
records teams.

In addition to direct supervision of 5-7 records team members, the LCA
Records Supervisor assists in the development of records management
processes and systems, both manual and on-line, for their assigned team and
in conjunction with other LCA Records teams. This is your chance to
contribute your skills to the collection and management of LCA's shared
information and knowledge resources.

Use your proven skills to participate in ongoing enhancement of hardware and
software tools/ programs for records management, including system analysis,
development, testing and implementation; maintain team procedures and
process documentation, including on-line content for LCAWeb; develop and
implement education and outreach programs to LCA users of Records Management
services; assist team in performance of their tasks to ensure timely
completion of all work and to keep current on all issues, problems,
processes and procedures, as the work needs may change over time; assist
Records Manager in preparing annual budget requirements for the team.

The successful candidate will have 2-3 years of increasing supervisory
responsibilities in an office environment (legal experience preferred;
records management experience a plus); Database Knowledge (navigation skills
required; design & development experience desired); Computer Skills (Office
Suite, accurate keyboarding, etc); ability to multi-task and/or prioritize
work; excellent interpersonal skills; strong problem solving and
organizational skills; ability to maintain confidential data w/high ethical
standards; self starter and quick learner; ability to work and communicate
in a team environment; ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
technical writing skills a plus; project management skills desired.
