Pitney Bowes Management Service's is looking for candidates to work at
our
records division in northwest Houston, TX.

Records Analyst.  Responsibilities include:
*       providing records management services to both U.S. and
international
customers
*       providing guidance and assistance in developing, implementing,
and
improving electronic data/document management systems
*       developing or maintaining U.S. and international records
retention
schedules
*       facilitating records disposition for offsite records holdings
*       performing surveys and research related to citation management
or
litigation.

Excellent communication and strong customer service skills. 
Bachelor's
degree in a records/information systems management related field or a
minimum of 5 years field exp. Proficiency with MS Word and Excel 97.
Knowledge of MS Access a plus.  CRM a plus.  Salary based on
experience.
