        Sorry, Alice (and interested others), but currently no such
animal
exists that is up-to-date.  Which is why ARMA has contracted for one. 
The
definitive guide on records management in the legal profession is
being
written as we speak, but it's still over a year away from being
available in
print.  If you contact me directly and let me know what specific area
you
need information on, I may be able to help by providing some guidance
on
what sources you need to look in in the meantime.  I have an extensive
bibliography, which is being kept current as the book is being
written.
