According to news articles this a.m. the person who designed the ballot used
larger type font so that the elderly could clearly read the ballots. She
stated that she used the arrows to point to the correct holes. she also
believes that if she had fitted everything onto one page then the complaints
would have been that no one could read it! "D*mn if you do, d*mn if you
don't" also the ballot format was reviewed by people within the county.
