I personally would be thrilled to be paid the minimum. I am the administrator of the state records center in Kansas and I make $35,000. My records center manager would be giddy to be paid $40,000. Granted we have 50,000 not 70,000 cubic feet but still... Cynthia Laframboise, State Records Manager

I am curious to find out how someone would find out the maximum pay range
that is available.

Preston,
So you are saying the salary is negotiable up to the maximum of the hidden
range?

David -

The operative word is MINIMUM. There is a also a maximum in the salary
range but we elect to not advertise the entire range. We have a new pay
structure in the Commonwealth of Virginia and to advertise the whole pay
band can be misleading - if not pointless.

A little advice Mr. Huff. Raise the salary up to at least 65,000 and you
"may" get some takers. I seriously doubt if you will get many applicants
with the required qualifications for a records manager who can double as a
delivery driver to be interested in $40,000.
